Supv. Keith reported that the General Fund employee had performed significant research on the gas-powered stick with removable heads for use in lawn maintenance. She will distribute copies of same to the Town Board.
1. Correspondence had been received from Supervisor Larry Miller of Harrietstown suggesting that the Village of Saranac Lake and Towns of Franklin and Harrietstown pool their resources to develop area-wide comprehensive land use planning.
2. Additional correspondence from the Village of Saranac Lake and the Town of Harrietstown concerned a future public meeting to address retail size cap.
Following discussion, the Board determined the Town's planning would involve subdivision regulations for the time being. Supervisor Keith will correspond with Supv. Miller to that effect as well as attend the retail cap meeting.
Respectfully submitted, Sandra J. Oliver, Town Clerk
