B. Public Adjuster-Richard Smith — Adjusters International, the Town's Public Adjuster, updated the board via conference call as to the status of insurance claims. Vehicles, building and contents were discussed. Mr. Smith is working with Jim Abdallah, the Town's contracted Architect, regarding the required code upgrades and projected associated costs. Mr. Smith will keep the board informed of the progress toward settling the claim.

C. Architect Update - Supervisor Brown informed the board that she, along with the Highway Superintendent and Town Clerk, met with Jim Abdellah and Friend Construction to discuss the highway garage plans. It was decided that the next step would be to discuss funding options with our the Attorney for the Town, Eric Gustofson, as the insurance claim has not been settled. The Town Clerk informed the board that Mr. Gustofson has advised the Town that the Supervisor's Declaration of Emergency due to the Highway Garage Fire, adopted by the board in December, cannot be utilized for a Capitial Building Project. Supervisor Brown has informed Friend Construction that the Highway Garage project will go out to bid.
