CALL TO ORDER
Supervisor Willman called the meeting to order at 5:30pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Town Clerk called the roll, noting two board members absent and a quorum present.
PURPOSE OF MEETING
Supervisor Willman stated the purpose of the meeting (and building committee focus at this time) is to read over three proposals submitted to the Town in response to the Request for Proposals publicized earlier in May. The RFP requested prices to create an Abbreviated and Full Task List for the development of a Master Plan for Kate Mountain Park as well as a Community Building deign.

APPROVAL OF CLAIMSThe board audited and approved payment of the following claims:

The proposals were distributed. Discussion was held regarding what desired features committee members would like included in a Community Center. The Town Clerk requested members email her their list of features. Supervisor Willman requested members take the paperwork home and be prepared to make a decision at the next meeting.

A Special Board Meeting was set for Wednesday, May 25 at 5:30pm
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the board, Supervisor Willman adjourned the meeting at 7:10pm.
