CALL TO ORDER:
Deputy Supervisor Brown called the meeting to order at 4pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. The Town Clerk called the roll, noting Supervisor Willman absent and a quorum present.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Town Clerk announced Supervisor Willman requested Deputy Supervisor Dot Brown preside over the meeting because he has jury duty.
Town Law Section 62 (1980 O. Atty. Gen109)—"Business conducted at a special meeting held without two days' notice is valid as long as all the council members had actual notice of the meeting, attended and participated". Town Law Section 3-11 "The Deputy Supervisor has no authority to vote unless he/she is also a town board member".
Discussion was held regarding the bidding process for 2019 Grounds Keeping. Action was proposed. No action could be taken as all voting town board members were not present.
ADJOURNMENT
Deputy Supervisor Brown adjourned the meeting at 4:50pm
